INSTRUCTION: Our default is 30 min sessions.  If you've purchased a 60 min session pack, please email prior to booking and we will adjust to 60 min.  Sessions can be cancelled with 24 hour notice.  Same day cancellations will be treated as a no show and no refund will be issued.
